Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Observe, measure, and record key aspects of coffee quality.
- Cup coffees accurately following established protocols.
- Maintain high hygiene standards in coffee handling.
- Collaborate with Quality Control departments globally.
- Manage routine cupping and monitor sample inventory.
- Maintain an organized sample room adhering to safety protocols.
- Work closely with production teams to meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in high-quality, organically grown coffee.
- Knowledge of coffee roasting and cupping.
- Proficient in tasting coffee for quality assessment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
