Job Description
Are you a great communicator with excellent telephone etiquettes? We are currently seeking a skilled Communications/Telephone Agent to join our team. As a Communications/Telephone Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of communications.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Conduct outbound calls for various purposes, such as customer follow-ups and appointment scheduling
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of communication details
- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and achieve service goals
