Job Description
Job Scope:
- Generate quotations
- Prepare invoices
- Respond to client emails
- Document staff leave
- Assist with basic marketing on Instagram and Facebook
- Take note of various pass or license expiry dates
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in English and Chinese
- 5.5 working days per week
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
- Work location: Around Singapore
- Basic salary: $200 (negotiable)
