Job Scope:

• Generate quotations
• Prepare invoices
• Respond to client emails
• Document staff leave
• Assist with basic marketing on Instagram and Facebook
• Take note of various pass or license expiry dates

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in English and Chinese
• 5.5 working days per week
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
• Work location: Around Singapore
• Basic salary: $200 (negotiable)
