Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Channel Heads and GM to design an attractive compensation scheme.
- Work with stakeholders to drive product and pricing strategy for the life business.
- Create best practices to protect against regulatory, financial, and reputation risk.
- Review and enhance Actuarial Models related to pricing and distribution.
- Utilize design-thinking and agile framework in pricing projects.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years in Actuarial function with progress in actuarial qualifications.
- Experience in developing distribution compensation in insurance is a plus.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Confident and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
