Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a Computer Engineering Assistant to provide technical support for mission critical systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, installing new equipment, and maintaining systems.
- Experienced candidates with 1 – 2 years and Fresh Poly Graduates are welcomed
- Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of server administration and networking protocols
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Working Conditions
- May require working outside normal hours, including weekends and holidays
- Off-in lieu provided for work on public holidays
- Provide technical support for critical hardware/software issues
- Configure and install new equipment
- Perform maintenance and updates for servers
- Troubleshoot network issues
