Job Description
SMART FORTE CONSULTING LLP is looking for a skilled Computer Technician to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending to walk-in customers at the service center.
- Providing IT hardware service and support for PCs, laptops, etc.
- Updating customers on service status promptly.
- Handling parts properly and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Installing operating systems, firmware, and BIOS.
- Managing assigned tickets through our ticketing system.
- Collaborating with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Participating in new product training.
