Job Description
Genesis Contractors is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects. The ideal candidate will provide formal supervision for employees, monitor training and development, and conduct performance evaluations. Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, mentoring staff, and conducting site visits to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
You will prepare risk assessments, recommend the release of funds, and develop communication practices for stakeholders. A Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience are preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced math abilities, are essential.
