Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

• Following instructions from construction project managers and supervisors
• Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
• Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.
• Mixing, pouring, and concrete.
• Ad-hoc duties and help out as much as possible at the site.
• Following all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills:

• Basic math skills for measurements and surveying crew support.
• Mechanical skills to operate heavy machinery.
• Ability to perform heavy labor.
• Physical stamina for strenuous work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to read instructions and blueprints, and understand building codes.
