We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Contact Centre Agent to join our team as a Receptionist. As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information and direct customers to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring effective resolution.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
