About the Role
To augment our manpower resources in the School, we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our NUS (SCALE) LET IEQ as a Contingent Staff.
Reporting to the Controller (Process and Compliance), School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE), the incumbent would be instrumental in assisting in a range of administrative duties that would be needed to be executed in an efficient and effective manner to support the smooth functioning of the unit.
This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for audit process improvements such as automation to enhance efficiency.
- Administer smooth conduct of audits.
- Manage compliance paperwork such as curation of audit processes and administer ad-hoc audits as directed by management.
- Administer pre and post-audit briefing for stakeholders.
- Assist in the response on matters related to compliance management.
