Job Description

We are seeking two temporary staff members to assist the Advancement department during the Class Giving booth at the SUSS Convocation. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with new alumni and support our fundraising initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with booth setup and organization.
• Engage with attendees to encourage donations.
• Ensure a positive donor experience and assist with the donation process.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
• Help with cleanup after the event.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or event support is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable, and a team player.

Commitment Period: 7-9 October.
