Job Description
Family Group: Ancillary
DESCRIPTION:
- To assist the Demi Chef/Chef de Partie of the section
- To be responsible for the hygiene standard and cleanliness of the section
- To ensure that all patient meals are dished accurately according to ward orders
- To ensure that all meals produced by the section are of acceptable standards
- To minimise wastage and optimise stock level of raw materials and ingredients.
- To perform any other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum with Primary School Education
- At least 2 years of experience as a Commis Cook position
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays (timing: 7am to 4:30pm, 8am-5:30pm, 9-6:30pm)
