Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Corporate Admin & HR Executive. This role will be responsible for managing various administrative and human resources duties within our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, maintaining files and records, and coordinating office operations.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing company events and coordinating employee communication.
- Handling HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Providing support to employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Assisting with payroll administration and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative or HR roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
