Job Description
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
NTUC LearningHub (LHUB™) was corporatised on 1 August 2004. Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact and understand corporate clients’ needs, advise company training solutions, and propose innovative business ideas
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our training solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Act as a liaison between corporate clients and internal teams, handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
- Forecast and track key account metrics, tracking opportunity-to-win ratio
- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven work experience as a sales account manager/key account manager
- Passionate about lifelong learning and exhibit a hunger to learn and improve
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Recognised degree from an accredited institution majoring in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint presentations
