Job Description
The key responsibilities include, amongst others, the following:
- Manage the full spectrum of company secretarial duties, for assigned clients (local and foreign, private and SGX listed companies)
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory framework and statutory reporting
- Maintain a professional relationship with assigned clients
- Attend meetings and drafting of minutes, where required
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree or Diploma holder
- At least 5 years relevant corporate secretarial experiences
- Chartered Secretary (ICSA) certification would be a plus but not a pre-requisite
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
- A good team player
