Job Description

Reporting to CEO, the main duties are as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of board/board committee agendas
  • Preparation for organization and conduct of board/board committee meetings, including recording of minutes of meetings
  • Attending to queries from board members
  • Ensuring compliance with all company secretariat statutory (including licenses) requirements:

– Annual submission by 31st January of each year of donation records by IPC Link.

– Renewal of IPC license (to check duration of license and renew as and when required).

– Annual Return submission to the Registrar of Society (after AGM).

– Annual submission to IRAS for Tax exempt status.

  • Ensure proper and timely filing of statutory forms/returns with the respective government agencies.
  • Organizational data analytics in support of strategy and decision-making.
  • Owns and maintains organization’s metrics dashboarding, in line with support of Management and Council.
  • Any other work may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Holder of CSIS or equivalent certification or currently pursuing CSIS courses. Those who do not hold relevant qualifications are also welcome to apply.
  • Relevant corporate secretarial experience in law firms and/or corporate secretarial firms is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • An organized and detail-oriented person, motivated by multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive work attitude, and with good interpersonal and writing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $3,800.00 – $4,800.00 per month
