Dyna-Mac Holdings is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Corporate Secretary. Key responsibilities include supporting the C-Suite in daily routines, coordinating schedules and meetings, planning travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations. The ideal candidate will manage confidential information discreetly, track deadlines, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, this role involves arranging meeting materials and taking minutes during meetings while following up on action items.

Requirements include at least a Diploma and 3-5 years of experience in executive support, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
