Job Description
Job Scope:
- Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and purchases.
- Verify shipment details upon receipt and before delivery.
- Coordinate, monitor, and follow up with internal departments, forwarders, and carriers on document issuance, incoming/outgoing shipments, and payment arrangements.
- Complete documentation for new customer/vendor registration.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable/payable and inbound/outbound deliveries.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, including conducting stock takes.
- Manage correspondence and design filing systems.
- Source, purchase, and maintain office supplies.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with various departments, and ensure timely completion of administrative and logistical responsibilities.
