Job Description
The primary duties of the Order Fulfillment Assistant (counter assistant) will include the following:
- Pick and pack products ordered on-site or ordered online by customers (members)
- Key in invoices for orders on-site
- Collect payment which include credit card, NETS and cash
- Collect stock that arrived from third party warehouse, and arrange stock in the storeroom
- Doing stock count and update stock level
- Answer basic questions about products (health supplements and personal care products)
- Multi-task as part of a small team
