Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to solve collection issues and gain payment commitments, building rapport.
- Review and monitor orders, assessing customer credit status before order release.
- Conduct customer credit reviews and recommend credit lines per policy.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve payment disputes and attend collection meetings.
- Report on overdue balances and perform month-end intercompany confirmations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of commercial collections experience.
- Proficiency in V-lookup.
- Understanding of accounting principles, credit practices, and collection procedures.
- Ability to multitask, manage accounts under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Initiative, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
- Experience with ERP system – SAP is a plus.
