Job Description
As a Crewing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the crew members on board a ship or vessel. Your main duties include coordinating crew assignments, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and overseeing crew training and development.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth crew operations, resolve any crew-related issues, and maintain crew morale and welfare. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a good understanding of maritime industry practices are essential for this role.
