Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate and helpful information to help customers with their concerns.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team member or manager for resolution.
- Provide general support to customers by addressing their needs and resolving any issues they may have. This includes assisting with product or service inquiries, billing questions, and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the company’s database as needed.
- Work with the sales team to provide support during the sales process, such as providing product information or assisting with order processing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- The ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve conflicts is important in providing quality customer service.
- Patience and empathy are important qualities when dealing with customers who may be frustrated or upset.
- A strong customer service mindset is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills are important for maintaining accurate customer records.
