Job Description
- To assist in answering phone calls and emails
- To attend to customer enquiry, provide quotation, and follow up with customers on PO
- General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and sorting of documents
- To generate DO and job order for production team
- To arrange delivery of goods to customers, ensure documents are signed, and update the system
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Able to work independently
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
