Join TIMES RECRUIT AGENCY as a Customer Service Admin. In this role, you will handle day-to-day administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and processing letters. You’ll respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions. Additionally, you will generate and follow up on documentation such as invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.

Maintain our office equipment and supplies to ensure a smooth running operation. No experience is necessary as training will be provided. This is a full-time position, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required.
