Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, social media, and messaging.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback on orders.
- Record customer interactions and actions taken in our system.
- Enhance the customer experience with our services.
- Assist in daily operations, including order printing, packing, and liaising with couriers.
- Conduct inventory stock takes.
