Job Description
GUSTO EDUCATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator. The role involves promoting our curriculum to prospective customers, actively managing inquiries, collecting lessons’ fee payments, executing marketing campaigns, maintaining customer documentation, and handling feedback.
Requirements include at least a GCE “A” Level certificate, strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, and experience in sales or digital marketing is advantageous. This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability in Sentosa.
