Job Description
A well-established and dynamic Beauty Group located in Orchard Road is seeking a Customer Service Administrator. If you have a passion for beauty and medical aesthetic treatments, enjoy interacting with diverse cultures, and possess two years of front-desk experience, we welcome you to join our team.
Job Scope:
- Provide frontline customer service support.
- Handle email enquiries and phone calls professionally.
- Schedule appointments, handle cashier duties, and maintain front counter hygiene.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Goal-oriented and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Mandarin crucial due to diverse clientele.
- Basic computer software skills required. Six days off per month.
