Responsibilities:
- Attending to customer needs promptly under BYD dept.
- Liaising with Workshop for vehicle diagnosis and advice.
- Coordinating repairs according to customer needs.
- Keeping customers informed of work progress.
- Assisting in reception operations.
- Monitoring parts arrival for workshop appointments.
- Tracking unclosed ROs to meet monthly goals.
- Maintaining cleanliness of work area.
- Handling ad hoc tasks from Service Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service industry.
- Proactive, independent, and positive attitude.
