Job Description
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and possesses excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying customer needs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and occasional off-hours calls
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate information
- Build trust through interactive communication
- Meet call-handling quotas
- Handle complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Record customer interactions and maintain documentation
