Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Handle phone and email inquiries.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve client issues.
• Plan and coordinate with departments and customers.
• Manage the counter for Drivers/Hauliers.
• Documentation and data entry.
• Additional tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Levels.
• Logistics experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Independent and team-oriented.
