Job Description
Summary:
- Basic up to $300

Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationships with the customers
- Attend to customers enquiries and resolve goods discrepancies
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Work closely with operations team and handling documentation
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate with customer service experience will have added advantages
