Job Description
Our client, a leading player in the automotive industry, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in West for the next phase of their business.
Duties:
- Provide phone support for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with service appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for follow-up.
- Follow up with customers to reschedule missed appointments.
- Perform various office tasks to support customer care standards.
- Attend weekly meetings with the service manager for feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
