Job Description

Responsibility

• Generate daily and monthly reports
• Upload meter reading to our MR system for billing
• Prepare service/billing reports per customers’ requirement
• Handle Call Centre duties when necessary
• Resolve operational issues, raise Credit or Debit Notes, and coordinate with Finance and Sales departments
• Perform any ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., Vlookup)
• Ability to generate reports
• Familiarity with administrative tasks
• Detail-oriented
• Quick learner with patience
