Job Description
Responsibility
- Generate daily and monthly reports
- Upload meter reading to our MR system for billing
- Prepare service/billing reports per customers’ requirement
- Handle Call Centre duties when necessary
- Resolve operational issues, raise Credit or Debit Notes, and coordinate with Finance and Sales departments
- Perform any ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., Vlookup)
- Ability to generate reports
- Familiarity with administrative tasks
- Detail-oriented
- Quick learner with patience
