ECON Healthcare Group, established in 1987, is a leading provider of integrated healthcare and eldercare services in Singapore, Malaysia, and China. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Central West.

Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline services to residents and visitors.
• Respond to internal and external communications.
• Handle collection of Monthly Home Payments and petty cash.
• Assist with scheduling and arrangements for residents’ medical needs.
• Prepare internal reports and manage customer documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Minimum GCE ‘N Level or above.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Team player with a friendly disposition.
