Job Description
- Plan and coordinate service appointments as scheduled or per Clients’ requests.
- Ensure timely update of the relevant data into our company’s system.
- Provide excellent customer service for all incoming enquiries.
- Attend all training courses diligently, as may be required by the company from time to time.
- Advise the company regarding feedback from Clients on ways and means of improving the company’s service to retain Clients.
- Perform other duties as may be reasonably required by the company from time to time.
