Job Description
Industry/Organization Type: Transportation and Storage
- Position Title: Customer Service Coordinator
- Working Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3200 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers for accurate container specifications
- Utilize PSA Portnet system for vessel schedules
- Generate and manage customer orders through CTMS
- Maintain meticulous records of inventory and logistics
- Compile reports on inventory levels
- Undertake assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Levels with 2 years of similar experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with PSA Portnet and CTMS advantageous
