Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service cum Sales Executive at URBAND INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assisting customers with product selection and upselling additional products
