Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Uphold and elevate the customer service standard with a spirit of excellence and culture in the Company
- Handles all aspects of customer service and admin work
- Handles all aspects of e-commerce platforms and backend system
- Handles all aspects of fulfillment (E-commerce)
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Other relevant scope will be tasked along the way (if required)
Requirements:
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms
- Minimum O’ level or any related field
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service
- Possess good communication skills
