Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
