Time: 9:30am – 6:30pm & 12:50 – 9:50pm

Basically, your duties as Customer Service Executive are as follows:
- Organize the customer service operation with customers’ satisfaction being a priority; maintain satisfactory relationships with customers and staff
- Maintain Customer Service standards and procedures
- Provide customer service support such as Goods and Service Tax Refund, Smart-Card applications, Public Announcement, Lost and Found cases/reports, etc.
- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customers’ problems
- Attend to customers’ inquiries, handle feedback/complaints, and act on suggestions to improve Service Standards
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned
- Experienced ex-cabin crews or individuals from the hotel industry are welcome to apply
