Job Description

- Basic UP $4K + Completion Bonus
- 9am – 6pm (5 days)
- City Hall
- 1 Year Contract
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle order entry and customer order management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor Letters of Credit (LC), ensuring compliance, and initiating amendments when necessary.
- Prepare export documents in accordance with LC requirements, customer specifications, and banking terms.
- Coordinate with the bank to ensure the prompt delivery of original documents to the customer’s bank.
- Monitor customer credit limits, communicate with headquarters for credit assessments, and control payment terms.
- Manage the order entry process, review open orders for timely delivery, and correspond with stakeholders for efficient shipment coordination.
You will need:
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess L/C experience
