Job Description
A Customer Service Executive (Shipment) is responsible for managing customer inquiries and resolving various issues related to shipment processes. This position requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
The main responsibilities include:
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information regarding shipments, delivery status, and related concerns.
- Coordinating with internal departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Processing customer orders and managing the shipment tracking system.
- Handling shipping issues, such as delays, damages, or missing items, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assisting customers with customs documentation requirements and resolving any clearance issues.
