Job Description

• Act as a liaison between the customer and plant to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Ensure the smooth running of job orders and the meeting of customers’ requirements, as well as assist in the handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
• Obtain job-specific information and update status.
• Handle inquiries and complaints.
• Discuss production schedule and relay customers’ expectations/requirements.
• Ensure layout is done and ozalids produced for final approval.
• Ensure all products are delivered on time and obtain job numbers for order processing.
