Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. You will report directly to the team manager and play a crucial role in our Customer Service department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing bookings for air and sea transport.
• Communicating effectively with air and sea carriers.
• Liaising with customers and handling sea documentation.
• Embracing new tasks and showing a desire to learn.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of air and sea logistics is a plus.

This position offers a salary of $2,400.00 – $2,800.00 per month.
