Join ANRADUS PTE. LTD., a leading Security System Service Provider, as a Customer Service Officer. This position is based in the East, near Tai Seng MRT. Enjoy a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm. The salary package offers up to SGD 2400 plus a variable bonus, on a yearly renewable contract basis.

Your key responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, collecting feedback, providing software training, and assisting in various customer support tasks. A minimum diploma and at least one year of customer service experience are required.
