Our client, JJ CONSULTING SERVICES, a global leader in gateway services, is looking to hire a Customer Service Officer for the East location in Singapore. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations to ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to oversee daily operations
• Mentor and develop staff to maintain service standards
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
• Assist Duty Manager in daily deployment based on service standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Good command of English
• Friendly with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Independent with excellent multitasking skills
• Must be able to work on rotating shifts
