Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer at KINDERTOWN EDUCARE PTE. LTD.’s Kinderland Preschool, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service for customers and visitors. Your tasks include addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, managing administrative duties, and maintaining records to uphold a welcoming environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attend to enquiries
- Greet visitors and uphold security procedures
- Ensure children’s safety and health
- Maintain centre files and liaise with suppliers
- Handle petty cash and interface with parents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good phone etiquette
- Adaptability to customers’ needs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Work Locations:
- Kinderland Preschool @ Sengkang (363 & 365 Lor Buang Kok, 547687)
Working day: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
