Job Description
Join Midwich Asia Pte Ltd as a Customer Service Officer! We welcome all applicants to support our sales and manage customer orders effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Update customers on order status and monitor credit before shipment.
- Handle supplier order management, including stock monitoring and purchasing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and ensure documentation for customs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics or relevant experience, customer-focused, team player, and proficient in MS Excel.
Salary: $3,00.00 – $3,500.00/month with benefits including performance bonuses.
Expected Start Date: 01/11/2024
