Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for processing orders, coordinating with different departments to provide timely solutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers.
To excel in this role, you need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also essential.
