Job Description
48 Changi South St 1
Mon-Fri 0830-1730hrs
Alt Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
14 days paid Annual Leave, $700 flexi-benefit, commission/incentive/OT applicable
+ performance bonus + overseas incentive trips
1. Raise service and repair job into the system.
2. Liaise with Credit Control if the customer’s account has issues.
3. Raise material requisition for servicing jobs.
4. Provide administrative support such as billing and closing of invoices.
5. Monitor and keep proper records of job cards, comeback jobs, courtesy vehicles movement/vehicle loan, etc.
6. Schedule courtesy vehicle servicing maintenance.
7. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
- Proficient in basic MS Office
- Possesses problem-solving ability & a customer-centric mindset
- Prior working experience in the automotive industry in the workshop or similar role advantageous

- Work experience in the related industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
